To reduce machine down time to a minimum the split and cap allows quick and easy replacement of the strips. This is carried out without having to remove the core from the machine.

The unique spiral hub design ensures optimum performance when fitted at 90 degrees to the direction of the feed. Corners and edges are thoroughly sanded without the risk of chatter or damage. This system could even fit directly to the back of an existing wide belt sander.

When the abrasives are fitted at an angle to the direction of feed, a straight keyway is adopted.

Using the medium support brush ensures extremely aggressive sanding. This also makes it possible to sand deep profiles and mouldings.
