The Strip System - Spiral Hub design

To reduce machine "down time" to a minimum, the split hub cap allows easy and quick replacement of the strips. This is carried out without having to remove the core from the machine.

The unique spiral hub design ensures optimal performance when fitted at 90 degrees to the direction of the feed.

Corners and edges are thoroughly sanded without the risk of chatter or damage. This system could even fit directly to the back of an existing wide belt sander.

When the brushes are fitted at an angle to the direction of feed, a straight keyway is adopted.
